The Law is added the Law is added with the number of kinds of economic activity that are to undergo licensing, activity on realization (under which is meant any operations that presuppose the transference of the property right), air engine, components to it, aircraft equipment etc. Moreover the condition of the license obtaining is the obtaining of the preliminary certificate on the production and repair of such equipment.
